Welcome to Expedition Badagry, an archaeological inquisition that takes explorers deep into one of Nigeria’s most historic coastal towns. In Badagry, every grain of sand has a story of resilience, courage, and discovery. This expedition will help us think critically, observe deeply, and see the world not as it appears, but as it once was. From ancient relics and historic paths that whisper untold stories, to Nigeria’s first storey building, we’ll trace the echoes of the past, walk where centuries have walked, dig where archaeologists have dared, and discover what history left behind.

Here’s what awaits us on Expedition Badagry:
⚓ We'll explore the Badagry Heritage Museum, the Vlekete Slave Market, and the Brazilian Baracoons, uncovering centuries-old artifacts, and learning how historians and archeologists worked hard to preserve them.
